Training 7x per week doesn’t work for most

Restrictive eating 7x per week definitely does not work for the vast majority.

How to make it sustainable? Fit your life in around it.

Train 3-4x per week before or after work, with a high intensity and quality. More doesn’t always mean better

Have 1 off plan meal per week to ensure that you don’t binge. Whatever your craving that week use that off plan meal to have it!
