Hi I’m Kai Whearty, the owner of Kai Whearty Personal Training.

Like a lot of you I started out as a skinny lad in the position that a lot of you may find yourselves in as you read this.

 

NO DIRECTION.

But there is something you do have.

A burning desire to change, but no way to do it.

This is what I do: I give people an opportunity to make the change they have always wanted to make, but they put it off because they don’t have enough time or some other excuse for endless procrastination. With my knowledge and your determination, you will succeed in all your endeavours.

I am a firm believer that ANYONE can do anything they set their mind to.

ANYTHING.

Your individual potential is limitless. Sometimes it just takes the right person to give you that push.

All it takes is a plan and the willingness to never give up. Trust me, I have been where you are.

My standard of coaching is reflected in my software. It is the perfect base of operations for all my clients, and it has everything you could possibly need for all abilities. A bespoke onboarding video will be sent over, going through all variables within your plan, while simultaneously taking a deeper dive into the software. All to ensure you have the best start possible on your journey.

To ensure your continued progression and development, I will be tracking all variables within your plan and providing you with constant updates on changes as the app is being updated regularly. As well as your weekly check-ins to make sure you are on track.

I started working with Kai to learn more exercises, get stronger and more toned. Kai taught me many exercises I’d never tried before and were very Effective.
